क्या है न्याय? आजाद भारत में लिया गया एक संवैधानिक प्रण। आम आदमी को दी गई वो ताकत। जिससे वो अपने बुनियादी हक करता है हासिल। वो एहसास जिससे हम इस समाज में जीते है निर्भय होकर। एक प्रबंध जो रक्षा करता है हर नैतिक अधिकार की। न्याय जो बचाता है देश को अराजकता से। न्याय जो प्रजातंत्र के सिद्धांतों को बनाता है क्रियाशील। पर न्याय के मायने आज क्यों बदल गए हैं? आज कोई मुकदमा अगर अदालत में जाता है, तो उम्र बस फिर तारीखों में ही गुजरती है। जमीन का केस लड़ते-लड़ते हमारी चप्पले घिस जाती हैं, पर केस जिनसे और लंबा खिंचे, वो दलीलें नहीं घिसतीं।
