किसी भी अपराध एवं मुकदमो में क्षेत्रीय राजनीति तथा घूसखोरी के कारण सही मुक़दमे तथा सही मुलजिम के खिलाफ कार्यवाही नहीं हो पाती. जिसके कारण से अपराध करनेवाला दंड न मिलने के कारण उसको देख कर अन्य लोग भी अपराध करने में नहीं चूकते.
